ATHENS Megaro Moussikis

Megaro Moussikis
The station take its name from the Athens Concert Hall, which is one of the best on the world. Here, you’ll see the park of Eleftherias (Freedom), in which is found and one of the entries of metro and the statue of El. Venizelos. At the back of the park are preserved three traditional stone made buildings, in that are housed the Centre of Arts of Athens Municipality and the Museum of Venizelos. In the opposite side, there are three neoclassic buildings in which are housed the hospitals Areteio, Alexandra and Aiginitio. Very close to the entrance of metro is found the famous building of Athens Concert Hall. It is a impressive building, which has rooms for concerts, operas, conference centre, rooms of many events and library. It has excellent acoustics and entertains appreciable representations and concerts of important artists.
